This is a program for seniors over 65 and/or disabled people of all ages administered by the State of Connecticut Office of Policy and Management. This program reimburses eligible low-income renters a portion of rent paid during the year. Applications are taken from April through October of each year.
As result of the restrictions due to COVID-19, we are starting Renter Rebate appoinments using an online form and asking clients to drop off their documentation at City Hall or emailing it to email@example.com.
In order to complete the form via the link below, you will need an email address. If you do not have an email address, call the office and we can mail you a paper form which you can return to us at City Hall. Once we receive your completed form (online or paper) and all required paperwork, we will call you to schedule a phone appointment where we will complete the state application.
