Standard & Poor's Affirms City's Bond Ratings

S&P affirmed our AA rating for the bond sale that we will be conducting on February 17th.

The City will be issuing $8.8 million in general obligation bonds for gas line extensions, infrastructure improvements, and other projects.

Eagle Scout Project for City's Enjoyment

On Sunday, January 31, Mayor Hinchey was honored to take part in a ribbon cutting ceremony for the newly constructed gazebo at Fountain Field in Norwich. This wonderful structure was an Eagle Scout Project for Norwich Boy Scout Troop 4's Taylor Stevens.
