Solid Waste Regulations

    The Public Works Department is happy to announce that we have now hired a Recycling Coordinator. Public Works would like to welcome aboard Joe "Coop" Cooper.
    Joe is currently active with the schools here in Norwich getting them on the right track for recycling. He has already been to a few of the schools giving presentation to the kids and teaching them the three R's; Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. Joe is confident that the children will take the information they learn at school and bring it home and pass it on to their parents and siblings and everyone else around them.
