Outreach—The Outreach Administrator is available for appointments at the senior center every Monday/Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. She will assist you with questions about Medicare-D, ConnPACE, Living Wills, Housing, Insurance, State Programs, Renter’s Rebate, and more. Please call the senior center to make an appointment. You may, of course, call the center at any time for emergencies. Benefits counseling provided with funding from Senior Resources.Insurance/Medicare Assistance—If you need assistance with any insurance problem, you may call the center anytime to make an appointment on Wednesdays. A trained volunteer will answer your questions and provide you with appropriate information.

Photo Information Card—Need a Senior Photo/Information Card? Should you ever need assistance and cannot speak for yourself, important information will be available. The cost is $1 for Members and $5 for non-members, pre-paid. Please call the Senior Center for more information on how to apply for one.
