Preventive HEALTH CLINIC

Blood Pressure Clinic—A Volunteer R.N. is at the Senior Center for blood pressure
checks the 1^st and 3^rd Wednesday of each month from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. This
is a free service and appointments are not necessary.

Nurse Practitioner—Nancy Pratviel, R.N. (Please call the Clinic
Secretary for an appointment)

Toenail Cutting—is offered for $15.00 per visit.

Ear Flushing—is available for $3.00 for one ear, or $5.00 for
both ears.

Diabetes Screening (blood sugar testing)—is available for $3.00
per test.

Cholesterol Check—is available for $3.00 per test.

Podiatry Clinic—Dr. Walter (funded by Sr. Resources) is at the Senior Center on
the 1^st Friday of each month for toenail cutting appointments. The cost is $15.00
per visit. (Please contact the Clinic Secretary for an appointment)
