Income Tax Assistance— From February to April, AARP volunteers provide income tax assistance at the Senior Center to persons over the age of 50. Starting in January, appointments are made on a first come basis. Renters Rebate—(Norwich Human Services) must be filed between May 15th and September 15th. Reapplication must be made every year. The program benefits single and married persons. There are income limits. Appointments to apply begin in June. Please call or check this website for signup dates after May 1st.
