Description of Services

Administration of medical insurance, food, rental, and utility assistance as well as counseling, job placement and training, and mental health, substance abuse and elderly services. For over 65 years, Human Services has helped residents in need of emergency food and shelter, medical assistance, work, and social work services. Our current programs include:
Funding for the services provided by Norwich Human Services, Rose City Senior Center and Youth and Family Services are made possible through annual general fund allocations, State and Federal grants, contributions from private and non-profit organizations, local foundations, neighborhood groups, the Faith community and private citizens.
