Welcome to the City of Norwich, Connecticut, Land Records System. Index information is available from 1928 to present. Images of documents are presently available from January 1, 1997 to present. Images prior to 1997 will be added on an ongoing basis. Access to the system is offered through a paid annual subscription fee of $350.00 for up to five users. Please call for rate information for more than five users.

If you are interested in purchasing a subscription, please contact the Office of the City and Town Clerk, 860-823-3732, or complete the subscription form below and forward it, with payment, to the Office of the City and Town Clerk, 100 Broadway, Norwich, CT. 06360. You will then be contacted with user and password information.
