The informal hearings with Appraisal Resource have been completed. Homeowners will receive results of the hearings in the mail within the next several weeks.
If the property owner is not satisfied with the results of the informal hearing, they may request a meeting with the Board of Assessment Appeals. Written application must be filed with the Board by March 20th 2009. The applications will be available from the Assessor's Office by mid-February. The Board of Assessment Appeals will schedule hearings in April 2009.
