  • Authority set forth in ordinance 1129 adopted November 9, 1987 
  • Membership consists of:
    • Fire chiefs of the five recognized Volunteer Fire Departments, or their designees
    • Human resources director, or his/her designee
    • City comptroller, or his/her designee
    • City manager, or his/her designee
    • One member of the Personnel & Pension Board
    • Two residents of the Town Consolidated District, appointed by the City Council to two-year terms 
    • The immediate past chairperson
