Description

This function is done by the comptroller, deputy comptroller, and accountant. They ensure that transactions are recorded property and coordinate the annual audit of the city’s financial statements.

The city’s audited financial statements (also known as Annual Comprehensive  Financial Reports or ACFR) have received the Government Finance Officers Association’s (GFOA) Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting every year since fiscal year 1992-93.
