The Building Maintenance Division is responsible for:
Physical plant operations (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing & exterior) and custodial services for more than 440,000 square feet of city-owned buildings and parking garage space
Maintenance of 10 parking lots and more than 5.25 miles of sidewalks (plowing, sanding, salting, striping, signage, etc.)
Downtown sweeping and garbage cans, blight clean-ups, and support to the Parking Commission
Support for other initiatives and activities, such as:
