Funding

Norwich Human Services is a department of the City of Norwich and receives an annual general fund allocation. Norwich Human Services applies for a variety of state and federal grants as well as support from area foundations, non-profits, and private citizens.

Partnerships

Norwich Human Services is committed to supporting inter-agency collaborative initiatives. We provide municipal leadership in the development of local, regional, and state programs, policies, and practices. This enhances the lives of the citizens of Norwich and strengthens our schools, neighborhoods, and community.
