Being prepared for an emergency starts with you. Gather your personal information in a safe place, so that it can be grabbed quickly in the event of an emergency. Always ensure you have working smoke detectors in your building. When programs or tools become available to assist you in an emergency and/or prevent one, we will provide those documents/links on this page. 

The Red Cross of CT has started a campaign for "Home Fire Preparedness" and will visit your home, assist you with protecting your family and install "FREE" smoke alarms in your home. 

Day Kimball Health Care at Home, has provided a form that allows you to gather your information in one spot, so that in the event of an emergency or disaster; all your personal information, emergency contacts, medical information are in one spot.
