Mission

To promote the social, emotional, and physical health of our community through recreation, workforce development, education, and engagement.

Description of Services

The Youth, Family, & Recreation Division of Norwich Human Services offers a full range of recreational activities for children and adults. The Department is also responsible for maintaining and managing city-owned sports/playing fields, courts, and facilities.

Registration

You can click HERE to register online, but registration forms can also be found in our office. Completed registrations can be dropped off in person, mailed, emailed, or faxed. There is a drop box located right next to the main door for after-hour registrations.  Registrations will not be completed unless a payment is made.  We accept check, debit/credit, and money orders ONLY; debit/credit can be taken over the phone or online.
